Earlier this month, Scotty and I went with the school to the 798 Art Zone. We liked it so much that we went back last weekend with our favourite French expat Lucille.
The 798 Art Zone was once a run down part of town full of squatters and poor artists. Through the magic of gentrification and tourism, it’s now a popular tourist stop with artsy boutiques, coffee and pizza shops, and any number of galleries and unique art installations.
For us, it’s a great place to wander and spend a lazy afternoon with some friends.
